A Request for Assistance (RFA) was filed against South Top Hauling Services Co. on August 13, 2021 involving two workers. The RFA was handled and settled by Supervising LEO Rosanna C. Cruz. The settlement transpired in just one conciliation-mediation conference.

Through RFA, Ms. Cruz took the opportunity to introduce the Board’s programs and services to the parties. The conviction and determination of the Branch’s technical personnel, and the importance of the programs to the parties, merited the approval of South Top’s management to schedule the orientation seminar.

The activity was conducted on September 17, 2021 at RCMB3’s office. It was ended with the finalized composition of their LMC and GM committees. This is a positive sign that pandemic or not, nothing can hinder our zest to perform our duties.

From RFA to Facilitation, the Branch has once again proved to give its best in any tasks.

South Top Hauling Services Co. has 243 workers engaged in hauling of essential goods, and with business address at Brgy. Muzon, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan

The orientation seminar which tackles the Labor-Management Cooperation, and Grievance Machinery-Voluntary Arbitration programs was conducted by Senior LEO Rhoda A. Blanco, and Conciliator-Mediator Othello B. Tongio, Jr., respectively.
